VNOn July 10th, 2020, KDH was honored to be in the list of Vietnam’s 50 Best Performing Companies (TOP 50), an annual ranking developed by Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine in tandem with Thien Viet Securities, in order to honor big-scale companies with high market cap, having robust growth rate and contributing to the rapid economic growth of the country.
The selection of TOP 50 was done based on the company’s businesses’ results of three consecutive fiscal years, based on three indicators: revenue, return on equity (ROE) and earnings per share (EPS). The selection process took counsel from many leading economists and business experts who were Harvard Business School graduates, as well as referred to many prestigious rankings from renowned publications such as Bloomberg Businessweek, Fortune, and Forbes…
The successful projects such as Jamila, Safira, Lovera Vista and Verosa Park have contributed greatly to KDH’s revenue and profit. In 2019, KDH’s after-tax profit increased by 13% compared to previous year.
From the end of 2019 to 2020, KDH focused on completing and handing over Safira apartments on schedule. In addition, KDH also successfully launched Verosa Park townhouses & villas, and Lovera Vista apartments. Currently, these 2 projects are nearly sold out.
