GLADIA BY THE WATERS PROJECT OFFICIALLY ACCEPTS BOOKINGS

Gladia by the Waters – developed by Keppel and Khang Dien (“the Joint Venture Company”) – has obtained Documents eligibility to sell future-formed houses and officially began accepting bookings on July 9, 2025.
Currently, the Project has selected 12 real estate distribution agencies to partner with the Developer in introducing the product to customers upon sale (expected in Q3/2025).

Additionally, the Project is accompanied by reputable banks offering practical and flexible home loan policies, including VietinBank, BIDV, Vietcombank, ACB, MB, HongLeong Bank, and Public Bank.
Customers can make refundable bookings directly into the accounts of the Developer (Doan Nguyen House Trading Investment Company Limited and/or New Binh Trung Investment Company Limited) – which are Joint Venture Companies between Keppel and Khang Dien – to register to purchase the product. This is the only booking method for this Project.
