On the morning of November 29, 2023 at Riverside Palace Convention Center, Ho Chi Minh City, Khang Dien Group (KDH) for the 7th consecutive time was voted “Outstanding Property Developer” at the Real Estate Honor Ceremony Vietnam Congress 2023 organized by Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine.
“Vietnam Outstanding Property Awards” is a prestigious annual award organized by Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine since 2017 to honor sustainable values ​​and recognize the contributions of businesses participating in the Vietnamese real estate market.

Khang Dien Group (KDH) has been awarded “Typical Real Estate Developer” for 7 consecutive years.
