On September 27, 2025, Khang Dien Group was once again honored as one of the ” Vietnam’s 10 Outstanding Real Estate Enterprises 2025″ (TOP 10) and ” Vietnam’s 50 Best-Performing Companies 2025″ (TOP 50) in a selection organized by Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine.

The TOP 10 recognition is based on a multi-year data analysis, combined with a comparison of real-world market conditions and independent appraisal by Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine. Khang Dien Group stands out with villa and townhouse developments like The Venica, Lucasta, Verosa Park, The Classia… and apartment complexes such as Jamila, Safira, The Privia… All projects have been handed over to customers with full legal documents on schedule.

Meanwhile, the TOP 50 is built on data from the 2021-2024 period, analyzing key metrics: revenue growth, profit, ROE, stock performance, and market capitalization. Listed on the HOSE since 2010 with the stock code KDH, Khang Dien has consistently maintained the trust of shareholders, partners, and customers. In 2024, net revenue reached 3,279 billion VND, with after-tax profit at 810 billion VND, increase 13% from the previous year.

In 2025, Khang Dien continues to develop the Gladia by the Waters project in collaboration with Keppel (Singapore) in District 2 (now Binh Trung Ward), Ho Chi Minh City. The project has completed all legal and construction procedures and is expected to officially launch for sale in October 2025.
