On September 16, 2023, Khang Dien Housing Investment & Trading Joint Stock Company (“Khang Dien Group”) was honored to receive the title “Vietnam’s 50 Best-performing Companies” (TOP50) by Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine. The award ceremony was held at Pullman Saigon Center Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City. This is the 6th time Khang Dien Group is honored to be included in this Ranking.
“Vietnam’s 50 Best-performing Companies” (TOP50) is an annual prestige ranking developed by Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine in tandem with Thien Viet Securities to honor the most effective companies on Vietnam stock exchange. The ranking process took counsel from many top economists and business experts. TOP50 has been organizing the ranking successfully for 12 successive years (2010-2023).
Khang Dien Group is honored and proud to be on the list of “Vietnam’s 50 Best-performing Companies” (TOP50) for the 6th time. Maintaining a transparent legal foundation and secure financial structure created over many years is the focal point to help Khang Dien maintain its position as a professional real estate enterprise acknowledged by the market.
In the journey of more than two decades to conquer home buyers, Khang Dien has had a variety of product categories, including townhouse and villa projects (The Venica, Lucasta, Verosa Park, Merita, Melosa Garden, Mega Residence, Mega Village, The Classia…), apartment projects (Jamila, Safira, Lovera Vista…), providing more than 20,000 products to the market, creating many worth-living residential areas. In 2022, Khang Dien was honored to be recognized as a Vietnamese National Brand by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
According to the 2023 plan, Khang Dien Group continues to sell the remaining products of The Classia Project, in parallel with issuing and handing over pink books to residents. In addition, the Group is implementing the construction of The Privia apartment project in Binh Tan District, with a scale of 1.8 hectares. The Privia includes more than 1,000 apartments designed in a young, modern style, with multiple amenities. The project is currently under construction on the 12th floor, expected to be handed over in 2024. Currently, the project is expected to be launched on the market in the fourth quarter of 2023.
