Khang Dien Group (KDH) was awarded Top 50 Listed Companies in Vietnam 2023 by Forbes for eight consecutive years

ON AUGUST 17, 2023, IN HO CHI MINH CITY, KHANG DIEN GROUP (KDH) WAS HONOURED TO ACHIEVE “TOP 50 LISTED COMPANIES IN 2023”. THIS IS A PRESTIGIOUS AWARD HELD ANNUALLY BY FORBES VIETNAM.

2023 is the 11th year Forbes Vietnam has published the list of TOP 50 listed companies – companies that are leading the economy of Vietnam in many fields. According to Forbes Vietnam, the total profit after tax of 50 companies reached VND 228,096 billion, an increase of 18% compared to the list in 2022. The total revenue of the companies on the list reached VND 1,490,453 billion.

The Top 50 ranking is based on the consolidated audited financial statements of the companies listed at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HSX) and Ha Noi Stock Exchange (HNX), with five criteria: compound growth rate in revenue, profit, ROE, ROC and EPS growth in the period of 2018 – 2022; sustainable development level of the business: the company’s position in the industry, the source of profits, the quality of corporate governance, the industry’s prospects… The capitalization of the companies in the Top 50 was fixed on May 30, 2023.

The real estate industry group in 2023 recorded 3 companies in the list, including: Khang Dien (KDH), Nam Long and Vinhomes.

In the context of market difficulties, KDH still maintains stable operations, secure financial structure, and deploys innovative and flexible business solutions based on a transparent legal foundation and high-quality products.

In addition, KDH was recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade as Vietnam’s National Brand, demonstrating the Group’s efforts in building an image as a Vietnamese Brand with the mindset of international real estate developers.
