Khang Dien Won 4 Categories At Vietnam Property Award 2020 (Vpa 2020)

The 6th Vietnam Property Awards gala dinner and awards presentation ceremony was held at Inter Continental Saigon on 9 October 2020. The award honors outstanding property developers and projects that contribute to improving the living standard of residents as well as the urban infrastructure and appearance throughout Vietnam.

Not only succeeding in the product line of townhouses & villas, Khang Dien (KDH) also left remarkable imprints on the market with quality condominium projects. Accordingly, Lovera Vista – the condominium project developed by KDH in the South of Ho Chi Minh City excellently won the award of Best Mid Condo Development (HCMC).
During the history of development, KDH always emphasizes the responsibility for community and social activities. This year, at VPA 2020, KDH was honored to receive award in 3 unique categories:
• Special Recognition for CSR
• Special Recognition in Sustainable Design
• Special Recognition for Building Communities

From 2019 to 2020, Khang Dien successfully developed 2 projects, Lovera Vista condominium and Verosa Park 5-star townhouses & villas. Lovera Vista is currently sold out and is expected to be handed over in July 2021. Verosa Park has been completed and welcomed its first residents. KDH was honored in the list VN30 in July 2020 for stable performance in business activities and sustainable development.
