Khang Dien (KDH) Was Honored As One Of The Best Property Developers For The 5th Consecutive Year

On November 18, at the ceremony for Vietnam Outstanding property awards 2021 organized by Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine, KDH was honorably voted in the “Top 10 Outstanding Property Developers 2021”. This is the 5th year in a row KDH has received this precious award.

After 2 months of appraisal, KDH has passed all the evaluation criteria of the Council to maintain the performance as the top property developer, including the criteria of scale and financial capacity, project quality, brand reputation, as well as social – community responsibilities…

In 2020, KHD achieved nearly 100% sold of villa and townhouse project namely Verosa Park and the highrise condominium project namely Lovera Vista and Safira. Other projects such as The Venica, Lucasta, Merita, Melosa, Mega… have been completed and formed new civilized communities in Thu Duc City. In addition, stable business operations and sustainable development have helped KDH to be listed in the VN30 and VN Diamond.
